Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the evening/night shift (7p–7a). You will assist residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and support mobility under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to deliver high-quality care.
