Job summary

Greene Point Health & Rehab in Union Point, GA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to care for residents with dignity and respect. You will build meaningful relationships while supporting daily activities and ensuring comfort in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (GA or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a compassionate approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
