Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for PRN Day shifts. You will support residents with daily activities, ensuring dignity and comfort while joining a supportive leadership team.

You will build relationships with residents and families, collaborate with nurses and the care team, and contribute to a culture that values respect, teamwork, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to resident dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
