Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab in Michigan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated, mission-driven team. You will care for residents with dignity, support daily activities, and collaborate with nurses to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.

We offer competitive wages starting at $18.45–$21 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or eligible in state of Georgia
• Strong compassionate patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain professionalism

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
