Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our PRN daytime team. You’ll care for residents with dignity and respect, building meaningful relationships and delivering patient‑centered assistance throughout daily activities.

Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay, benefits including myFlexPay, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive coverage are offered to

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
