Job summary

Ansley Park Health and Rehabilitation in Newnan, GA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate, mission-driven team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered daily care, supporting residents with ADLs, mobility, and comfort while collaborating with nurses and other professionals.

Starting pay ranges from $18.71 to $21 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligible; commitment to compassionate resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential for care delivery.
• Reliability and a positive team attitude supporting daily resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.
