Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) in a long-term care setting. You will provide resident-centered care under RN supervision, assisting with daily living activities and documentation.

• Record vital signs and collect non-invasive specimens.
• Support psychosocial needs and encourage participation in recreational activities.
• Aid with food preparation, meal assistance, and creating positive dining experiences.
• Document resident interactions, care outcomes, and changes in condition.
• Help with housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean environment.
• Support staff with procedures and communicate resident needs to the charge nurse.
• Participate in departmental committees and organizational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or GED preferred, minimum age 16.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or in progress.
• Prior clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
• Complete annual competency testing and maintain continuing education credits (minimum 12 hours/year).
• Maintain necessary certifications and state registry registration if applicable.
• May require a valid driver’s license and medical qualification for driving responsibilities.
