Job summary

Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Pediatric Unit (Peds) on 5RP. This part-time role supports professional nursing staff with patient care in an assigned area.

Under supervision of the Unit Manager, you will perform related duties as assigned and contribute to our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care. Washington CNA license and BLS are required at hire; formal CNA program coursework and 1 year of patient care

Qualifications

• Requires Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License at hire.
• Requires National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.

Under the direction of the Unit Manager or designee, the Certified Nursing Assistant performs a variety of tasks to assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in an assigned area; performs related duties as assigned.

Shift Details: Part-time, 24 hours weekly, Variable shift.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program
• 1 year experience in a patient care setting
