Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center, located in the Tri-Cities area of Washington, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Resource Team/Float Pool. The role supports nursing staff in delivering patient care in an assigned area and involves a variety of duties as assigned by the Unit Manager.

The position is part-time (24 hours weekly) with variable shifts. Candidates must hold WA Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS from the American Heart Association at hire, with preferred CNA program

Qualifications

• Must have Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License at hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association at hire.
• Preferred: completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program, 1 year of patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Unit Manager or designee.
• Contribute to a patient-focused, safe and compassionate care environment.

Shift Details:

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• 1 year of experience in a patient care setting.
