Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred or required upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
• Excellent communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to medical appointments and activities.
• Assist patients entering and exiting vehicles with proper techniques.
• Provide CNA support including ADLs and personal care.
• Maintain a welcoming and caring transport environment.
• Complete logs, mileage, and schedules accurately.
• Uphold cleanliness and vehicle safety standards.
• Follow infection control and PruittHealth policies.
• Coordinate with nursing and admin teams to ensure smooth transport.
