PruittHealth Coastal Central is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant and Transportation Aide to safely transport patients to appointments and activities, assist with entry and exit from vehicles, and provide hands-on CNA support during transport interactions.

The role emphasizes infection control, safety, and collaboration with nursing and administrative teams to coordinate efficient transport operations in a caring environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; MVR required at pre-employment.

Mansioni

• Safely transport patients and residents to medical appointments, treatments, and approved outings.
• Assist individuals entering and exiting vehicles using proper lifting, transfer, and mobility techniques.
• Deliver CNA support including ADLs, personal care, and ambulation as needed.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and caring environment during all transport interactions.
• Complete transportation logs, mileage documentation, and schedules accurately and on time.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards for transport vehicles.
• Demonstrate adherence to infection control, safety regulations, and PruittHealth policies.
• Coordinate smoothly with nursing and administrative teams for transport operations.
