Job summary

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certificate or equivalent required.
• Active CNA certification preferred with Illinois state registration.
• Prior CNA experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and basic care.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and report to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support adherence to care plans and documentation procedures.
