Job summary

Archway Transitional Care in Georgia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while assisting with daily activities and ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.

You will collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams, monitor residents’ conditions, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Prior long-term care is preferred, but not required, and Georgia CNA certification or eligibility is

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
