Job summary

Heritage Communities is seeking a CNA/CMA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at our Bellevue location. You’ll administer medications, document accurately in our electronic records system (Yardi), and work closely with licensed nurses to carry out care plans.

Requirements

• An active state‑required CNA and/or CMA certification.

• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
