Job summary

Five Star Nursing in New York is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under nursing supervision, following the written Plan of Care and facility standards.

The role supports independent patient caseload management, documents progress with timely notes, assists in transporting patients, and maintains a clean, safe environment. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules and weekend options are available, with paid orientation and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certificate required.
• Resume submission.
• Physical examination.
• MMR & Varicella titers.
• PPD or chest X-ray if positive.
• 1 personal reference letter, 1 professional reference letter.
• Original Social Security Card.
• Original Non expired State Identification.
• Original Proof of Citizenship / Immigration documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care and facility standards.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including patient progress.
