Five Star Nursing is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to support residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities in New York. You will assist with daily living tasks and personal care under RN supervision to ensure comfort and safety.

CNA/ Certified Nurse Aide Requirements:

• Currently holds an active CNA certificate to work in New York.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility

Five Star CNAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.
• Effectively manage your caseload and complete timely and accurate clinical notes, including addressing patient progress.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
