Community Memorial Health System is seeking a CNA II to provide compassionate direct care to residents, supporting personal needs, safety, and comfort under supervision. The role includes assisting with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and routine nursing tasks within a multi-disciplinary team.
Eligible candidates hold a CNA certification and BLS, with a preference for high school diploma and 6 months relevant experience in acute or skilled care settings.
C.N.A.s working at the Continuing Care Center receive generous shift differentials, ranging from an additional $1.00/hr - $5.00/hr in addition to their base pay rate.
Salary Range: $24.50 - $28.60 per hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions. PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions.
This position performs resident/patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned. Assists in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment. The CNA II relates positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff. Successful incumbents have fast and adaptive problem-solving skills who value collaboration and teamwork. This position has an in-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations and is comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs.
