We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Hospice Aide to serve our Hospice patients in the Culpeper and surrounding areas in Virginia, including Culpeper, Madison Greene, Orange, Fauquier, and Prince William.

As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, the CNA works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Case Manager and Clinical Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care services that promote the comfort and health of our patients and their families. Key duties include:

1. Providing personal care such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene, and maintaining a safe environment.
2. Applying safety principles and proper body mechanics when assisting with mobility.
3. Preparing and administering adequate nutrition and fluids.
4. Observing, reporting, and documenting changes in patient condition, understanding basic body functions.
5. Recognizing emergency situations and executing appropriate emergency procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Licensed/Certified as a CNA or Home Health Aide in Virginia.
2. At least one year of experience as an aide.
3. Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred.
4. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
5. Reliable transportation.
