Medi Home Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Hospice Aide for our Hospice patients in Charlottesville (50 Miles Radius), VA.

As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the CNA works under the general direction of the Registered Nurse/Case Manager and Clinical Manager to provide personal care services to maximize patient comfort and health. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care services such as recording vital signs, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Applying safety principles and proper body mechanics during patient mobility.
• Preparing and administering adequate nutrition and fluids.
• Observing, reporting, and documenting changes in patient condition and understanding basic body functions.
• Recognizing emergency situations and implementing appropriate procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed/Certified as a CNA or Home Health Aide in VA.
• At least one year of experience as an Aide.
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
