Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Current certification and listing on the state Registry.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing cares as directed by Plan of Care.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor changes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding and mobility.
• Support resident independence and dignity; communicate needs to care team.
• Maintain safety, chart accurately, and follow HIPAA guidelines.
