Job summary

Campbell Street is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide high-quality daily living assistance under supervision, following the Plan of Care and respecting each resident's rights. You will work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program for the state in which the facility operates.
• Current certification and listing on the state Registry.
• Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living community.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and personal care per Plan of Care under supervision of LPN/RN.
• Take and record vital signs; height/weight; report abnormalities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, nutrition and hydration.
• Support resident independence and dignity, monitor and document care.
• Maintain safety, HIPAA compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
