Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the Oncology Progressive Care Unit at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, FL. This full-time night shift runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for 36 hours per week.

CNAs assist RNs, provide patient care, and document in the EMR. BLS and CNA license are required. A sign-on bonus of up to $750 is offered for FT Nights CNA positions.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant role in Oncology Progressive Care Unit.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required (per license/certifications).
• Night shift availability and full-time schedule for 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for patients.

Baptist Health is looking for a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Oncology Progressive Care Unit. This is a full-time nights position working 36 hours per week, 7:00PM to 7:00AM located at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, FL (Downtown).

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist RNs supporting in the care of patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Patient activities of daily living

Maintaining a safe environment for patients

Intake and output monitoring

Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
