Job summary

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Progressive Care Unit at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL.

This full-time night position offers a 36-hour week from 7:00pm to 7:00am. The CNA will support RN staff with patient care, safety, and documentation in the EMR, and contribute to high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Maintain safe environment for patients and monitor intake/output.
• Document care using the EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Progressive Care Unit at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time Nights opportunity working 36 hours per week, 7:00pm-7:00am. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:

Intake and output monitoring

Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
