Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Med/Surg Tele Observation Team for the full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on 36 hours weekly at Baptist Medical Center Downtown.

CNAs assist RNs in patient care under supervision and provide essential support in a fast-paced environment. A BLS certification and valid CNA license are required, with HSD/GED preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• CNAs assist RNs in patient care under RN supervision.
• HSD/GED preferred but not required.
• BLS certification is required for the role.
• Licensed CNA is required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe patient environment.
• Collect lab specimens and record intake/output as needed.
• Monitor and document in EMR.
• Support RN with patient care duties as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Baptist Health is looking for a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med/Surg Tele Observation Team. This is a Full-Time Nights position working 36 hours per week with shifts of 7:00PM to 7:00AM located at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Downtown.

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist RNs supporting in the care of patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
