Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join The Columbia Presbyterian Community. You will support residents with daily activities and follow care plans in a warm, home-like setting.

We offer a progressive sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, above-average pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, career growth, PSLF eligibility, and extra perks. Weekend/holiday availability is required to ensure excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification is required.
• 1–3 years of CNA experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with ADLs.
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.
