Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and to follow individualized care plans. You’ll work with nurses and families to create a warm, home-like environment and ensure safety and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.

What We're Looking For
