Job summary

Alumus is seeking aCertified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Chandler, AZ. The CNA will assist patients with admissions, transfers, and discharges and perform personal care under RN supervision in residences.

The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice and holistic patient support. Qualified candidates should have a CNA license, CPR certification, and fingerprint clearance, with six months of CNA/LNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA license must be current and in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Minimum six months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent LTC/SNF or Transitional Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges per care plan.
• Review care plans daily and adjust routine as directed by RN.
• Provide personal care to patients in residence under supervision.
• Support holistic, patient-centered care and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patients routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long‑Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience).
• LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.

Pay Range
