Job summary

Hartwell Health & Rehab in Hartwell, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care and support daily living activities. You will work with a collaborative care team in a non-profit, mission-driven setting that values dignity and respect.

The position offers starting pay between $18.45 and $21 per hour, with evenings, nights and weekend differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and compassionate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and families.
