Job summary

Four County Health & Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our evening, night, and weekend team. You will assist residents with daily living tasks and deliver patient-centered care in a mission-driven facility.

Active Georgia CNA certification or eligibility is required. You will work with nurses and the care team to ensure safety, dignity, and comfort, with starting pay $17.63–$18.68 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
