Job summary

Heritage Oaks is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Night shift team in Georgia. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, assist residents with daily living activities, and work with nurses to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Starting pay is $15.75 to $18.15 per hour with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA or eligible).
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Reliability and ability to work evenings/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and collaborate with nurses.
