Four County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care for residents in a supportive, mission-driven setting. You will build meaningful relationships and assist with activities of daily living with dignity and respect.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable presence, and strong communication as part of a collaborative care team in a non-profit environment that values residents and staff.

Competenze

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

Starting Pay: $17.63 to $18.68/hour

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members

What You Bring

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
