Job summary

Affinis Hospice LLC in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. In this full-time night shift, you’ll support residents with daily living activities and provide patient-centered care with dignity.

You’ll collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Heart for service and caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
