Autumn Lane Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily activities, ensuring dignity and respect. You will collaborate with nurses and the care team to monitor changes, assist with mobility, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Prior long-term care experience is valued, and the role offers meaningful work in a mission-driven setting.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.
