Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab in Georgia is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role. You will deliver compassionate, resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and work with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Starting pay ranges from $16.80 to $18.35 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care and strong communication skills.
• Reliable team player with ability to collaborate with nurses and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and monitor residents’ condition.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning while maintaining safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; document changes.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.
