Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shifts. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and assist residents with daily living activities while collaborating closely with nurses to support overall well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
