Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab – Richland, GA 31825 is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for part-time Day shift (7a–7p). You will provide resident care with dignity, support daily living activities, and work with a compassionate team.

You’ll join a nonprofit, mission-driven organization focused on high-quality care and servant leadership. Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or Georgia state eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
