Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab – Metter, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time day shifts. You’ll support residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and help with transfers and mobility while reporting changes to the care team.

Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour, with evening, night and weekend differentials. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state of GA or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
