Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Tri-Cities, Washington, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Resource Team / Float Pool. Providence nurses are valued and empowered to provide patient-focused, whole-person care and make a daily difference through extraordinary care.

This full-time role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Washington RN license upon hire, and BLS certification from American Heart Association. New graduates with 12 months of experience or less are welcome.

Shift Details:
  • Full time, Variable, 36 working hours weekly
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
