Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Wind Crest community in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role provides person-centered care, assisting residents with daily living and implementing care plans, with night shifts and a 24-hour weekly schedule.

The position requires a Colorado CNA certification, QMAP certification, and active CPR (preferred). Eligible team members gain access to comprehensive benefits, education support, and growth opportunities within our senior

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience.
• Must have QMAP Certification.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with personal care plans and routines.
• Provide resident-centered care focusing on comfort, companionship and belonging.
• Support the clinical team to address resident needs timely.
• Assist with resident activities and programs as directed by caregivers.

Join our team as a Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Compensation

$21.50 to $26.50 an hour (depending on years of experience and certifications) plus bi-weekly float bonus

Schedule

12 hour night shifts, 24 hours a week

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience
• Must have QMAP Certification
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
