Job summary

Sparta Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. You will assist residents with daily living, provide dignity-filled support, and help maintain a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia or eligible to obtain one.
• Demonstrated heart for service and care for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable with a commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
