Job summary

Sparta Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate caregiving team. In this role, you will support residents with daily activities and help maintain their dignity and comfort throughout each day.

You will collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care, monitor health changes, and uphold a safe, respectful environment in a non-profit setting that values service and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia or eligible.
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
