Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under licensed supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support resident safety and comfort and document care.
• Coordinate dining services and assist with meals and intake documentation.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Document weight and health changes as directed.
• Monitor skin condition and report concerns.
• Support toileting programs and assist with hygiene.
• Complete flow sheets to track tasks and progress.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
