Job summary

As part of the General Surgery department, you will contribute to a clean, safe patient environment and run routine errands as needed while observing patient status and reporting changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Education: nursing assistant or patient care tech program.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Certification: CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse with patient care per individualized plan of care.
• Conduct data collection and monitor patient status; document observations.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient transport as needed.
• Perform point-of-care tasks and basic specimen collection as delegated.
