Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing assistant or patient care tech program.
• No experience required.
• In lieu of verification of a nursing assistant training course, CNA certification will be accepted at time of hire.
• Basic computer skills, data entry, and knowledge of patient equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform basic nursing activities as delegated by the RN.
• Conduct data collection including vital signs and intake/output; document observations.
• Document observations in the medical record and report changes to the RN.
• Provide comfort measures and non-pharmacological pain management.
