Job summary
Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation in Kentucky is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time day shifts. You will attend to residents' daily needs, monitor vital signs, and assist the nursing staff under supervision.

Qualifications
- At least one year of CNA experience in a Long Term Care setting is highly preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
Responsibilities
- Attend to residents' daily needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
- Take and record patient vital signs; assist with lifting, moving and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager; ask questions to clarify situations.
- Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
- Demonstrate ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
