Signature HealthCARE of North Hardin is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a 164-bed facility. You will work under licensed supervision, perform ADLs, and help maintain a compassionate environment aligned with our care standards.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed staff supervision.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, adaptable to change.
• Able to work independently with integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice as defined by state regulation and resident plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents; ensure resident rights and comfort.
• Support and orient/train other staff as requested.
• Assist in additional duties and projects as assigned.
