Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state of operation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision.
• Provide activities of daily living within scope of practice.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with appropriate devices.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, inputs/outputs and other data.
• Routinely turn and position residents and support resident rights.
