A senior care facility in Madeira, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and monitor their well-being. The ideal candidate will have completed a state-approved CNA program and possess strong communication and observation skills. Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification where required.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Encourage resident independence and social interaction.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment.
• Support residents during meals, including set-up, assistance, and social engagement.
