South Mountain Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in New Jersey. You will work with an interdisciplinary staff to deliver personalized care addressing physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients with compassion in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• As a CNA, must hold current NJ CNA certification.
• Experience in a Long-Term Care Nursing home is required.
