Job summary

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hammonton, NJ is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our weekend team at our 240-bed skilled nursing facility. You’ll observe residents, assist with personal care, document intake, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment for every resident.

We offer a sign-on bonus, a $1.50 shift differential to support staffing, tuition reimbursement, and flexible schedules including full-time, part-time and per-diem options, with career

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified CNA with active certification.
• Experience working with residents in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Set up meal trays, document intake, and feed Residents as needed.
• Make beds and keep Residents' spaces tidy and safe.
• Transport Residents within the facility and help prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Resident data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
